Ken Ramsay

Ken is a consultant in our Health team. He has more than 35 years’ experience in the health and aged care sectors acting for NSW Health, NSW Local Health Networks and Statutory Health Corporations, ACT Department of Health and Ageing, Melbourne Health, Western Health, Ramsay Health Care Limited, Macquarie Capital, Retirement Care Australia, health benefit funds, charities, educators, foundations, trusts and other not for profit organisations.
 
Ken’s main focus is acting for government on tenders and commercial contracts in the health and aged care sectors, and on contracts to supply and obtain clinical and non clinical services, as well as establishing and advising on research institutes and foundations.
 
Ken holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Laws from the University of Sydney.
