Paul Ronfeldt

Paul has more than 18 years experience in employment related law. He acts for clients across many industries advising employers on employment law and occupational health and safety matters. He also focuses on assisting employers in solving work placement problems, with an emphasis on avoiding disputes and costly litigation.

Paul advises on award compliance and the negotiation and making of enterprise agreements. He has vast experience advising employers on all aspects of individual employment law, including the preparation of employment contracts and statutory compliance. Paul also has expertise in occupational health and safety compliance and has successfully defended a number of occupational health and safety prosecutions for employers across Australia.

Paul is the author of a number of publications on employment law and occupational health and safety.  He regularly conducts training on various aspects of employment related and occupational health and safety issues.
