Ron has specific expertise in front end project work and project financing, primarily in the tourism and the energy and resources sectors.
He advises some of Australia's leading property developers on projects both within and outside of Australia, including a number of iconic developments.
Ron's financing expertise includes construction financing (including novel structures such as pre-sales securitisation) and infrastructure financing.
Ron has lectured in property and infrastructure financing at the Macquarie University Applied Finance Centre and has been a Visiting Fellow of that University.
