Melinda Graham

Melinda is the head of our National Property Department. She has extensive experience in the property industry and regularly advises on property acquisitions and disposals, major development projects, management of property portfolios and leasing. Melinda comes from a corporate banking background and so works closely with the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity teams in relation to property aspects of mergers and acquisitions such as property due diligence across multiple states and the assignment of national leasing portfolios.

Melinda prides herself on providing pragmatic, commercial property advice, aided by a network of property professionals with whom she has developed close relationships, including engineers, quantity surveyors, building surveyors, environmental engineers, tenant advocates, development managers, valuers, facility managers and project managers.
