Greg Clifton
Special Counsel - Brisbane
Greg is a Special Counsel in our Corporate team, and has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate restructures and organisational governance.
In addition to practising as a lawyer, Greg is also a chartered accountant, and has more than 25 years combined experience in corporate and international accounting, taxation, and legal practice.
Greg has degrees in law and economics, and is admitted to practice in Queensland, Victoria and the High Court of Australia. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
