Daniel Beikoff

Daniel is a Special Counsel in our Property & Development team. He advises on a wide range of property sale and leasing transactions, including site acquisitions and project structuring, preparation of pre-sale contracts and disclosure documents and management of contract risk and enforcement.

Daniel has extensive experience in documenting, advising on and managing large scale green field, strata titled and mixed use development projects. In these areas he regularly deals with a team of consultants, Councils and government bodies and has an intimate knowledge of the property development industry and approval processes.
