Peter Le Guay

Peter Le Guay is a Partner in our Corporate Team. He specialises in intellectual property law (predominantly trade marks and copyright), information technology and internet law, advertising, marketing and trade promotions law. Peter is also an experienced litigator in the areas of intellectual property and unfair trade practices matters.

Peter is a registered trade mark attorney and a current member of the Copyright Society of Australia, the Communications and Media Law Association (CAMLA), the Licensing Executives Society of Australia and New Zealand (LESANZ), the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ) and the International Trade Mark Association (INTA). He is the Asia-Pacific Regional President of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA), and is responsible for Thomsons Lawyers' membership of GALA.
