David Beer

David’s practice includes all areas of property, infrastructure and contract law, including the negotiation and documentation of property acquisitions and disposals and associated due diligence processes. He has extensive experience acting for property developers, purchasers, vendors, government agencies, financiers, leading corporates, landlords and tenants with respect to development projects, sales and purchases, leasing, building contracts, land divisions and community titles.

David and his team are focused on the delivery of pragmatic advice and the achievement of outcomes to meet transaction critical deadlines. David is valued for the quality of his advice and, along with fellow partner Geoff Brennan, has been singled out by clients as “extremely efficient” (ALB Guide, State of the Market, August 2008).

David is admitted to practice in South Australia and obtained his law degree from the University of Adelaide. He also holds an economics degree.
