Stephen Voss

Stephen Voss leads the firm’s National Dispute Resolution Department.

Stephen specialises in large and complex commercial disputes. His litigation practice focuses on general corporate and commercial litigation in respect of a wide variety of contractual matters, including Competition and Consumer Act and Corporations law litigation, product liability advice, banking and finance disputes including security enforcement and recovery of debts owed to lending institutions, and insolvency law including appointing liquidators and receivers and providing strategic advice on insolvency related issues.

Stephen has extensive experience in managing large disputes which require a team-based approach across different jurisdictions and liaising closely with clients to achieve the most favourable and cost efficient outcome possible.

Stephen is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and the National Product Liability Association of Australia and is a committee member of the Trade Practices Committee, Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Stephen has also been recognised as a pre-eminent litigation lawyer and "the best technician" in the South Australian market (Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession, 2010), He is also recommended for his dispute resolution skills in the 2012 edition of the Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
