David Brand

David has more than 20 years' experience as an employment and industrial law practitioner and as a legal adviser to the hospitality and gaming industry. He provides legal services to a large number of clubs, as well as to industry associations, including the RSL and Services Clubs Association. He also acts for a range of industrial clients, particularly in the newspaper and commercial radio sectors.

Prior to entering private legal practice, David gained over 15 years’ experience in the employment and industrial relations sector with CSR Limited.

David was an equity partner in a number of firms for more than 20 years prior to joining Thomsons Lawyers as a Special Counsel in July 2007. He is an accredited specialist in employment and industrial law with the Law Society of New South Wales.
