Jim Baillie

Jim has more than 30 years’ experience advising hospitals and health care providers on major projects, tenders, contracts and fundraising. He has participated in some of Australia’s largest projects in the health and aged care sector including the development of new hospitals, existing hospital redevelopments, and the sale and acquisition of hospitals.

Jim has advised Sisters of Charity for over 35 years and Catholic Healthcare since its inception. He has been involved in setting up a number of major regional and national mergers, restructures and alliances in the sector, and is recognised across the health care sector for his commercial negotiation skills and outcome driven approach.

Jim regularly presents corporate governance training programs for clients of the firm.
