Philip has over 20 years' experience in taxation and superannuation law, including nine years with the Australian Taxation Office.
Philip advises on all aspects of taxation, including: structuring development vehicles and advising on tax aspects for major developments, advising on income tax, capital gains tax, GST and stamp duty for buying and selling businesses and companies; and restructuring corporate and trust groups and advising on tax issues and tax concessions.
In superannuation, he advises employers, employer-sponsored funds and self managed superannuation funds.
Philip is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia. He is also a lecturer in the University of New South Wales' Taxation Masters program, and regularly presents seminars and produces papers on taxation and superannuation.
