Lucinda Smith

Lucinda leads the firm's National Corporate team.

A specialist in the health, aged care and retirement village industries, Lucinda brings a commercial, solutions-driven approach to corporate transactions. She designs structures, and drafts contracts for acquisitions, infrastructure projects and corporate restructures.

She is experienced in acting for operators and bidders in PPP transactions and in the structuring and development of new health, aged care and retirement village facilities. She has advised on PPPs, significant acquisitions and mergers, and major corporate reorganisations.

In addition to transactional work, Lucinda provides contracts for and advice on a broad range of commercial relationships. She regularly advises boards and senior management on governance and other regulatory issues.

Lucinda's clients include major players in the corporate, health, aged care and retirement village sector, research institutes and health funds.
