Brett Penberthy

Brett has extensive experience in the area of personal injury and compensation litigation with more than 25 years experience acting on behalf of major corporations, statutory bodies and insurance companies.

Brett’s practice now focuses on the area of WorkCover and employers’ liability insurance, representing WorkSafe Victoria and self-insurers.

Brett provides advice in all aspects of compensation law, being active in litigation in the Magistrates, County and Supreme Courts.

Brett has a special interest in professional practice management.  His academic background includes an MBA with a focus on the strategic management of professional services delivery.

Brett is the Victorian representative on the firm’s National Board.
