Eu Ming Lim

Eu Ming has been a partner in our Property & Development team since 1995.
 
Eu Ming practises primarily in commercial property with particular expertise and experience in commercial leasing and sales of businesses. He also acts for property developers on the acquisition, construction and sale of ‘off the plan’ developments.
 
Eu Ming has gained experience working for the Australian Government Solicitor and acts for Insolvency Trustee Services Australia.
 
Australian and overseas developers and property investors rely on Eu Ming’s sound knowledge of the property market and his highly effective negotiating skills. His knowledge of several Asian languages is invaluable when dealing with clients and other parties from overseas.
 
Eu Ming is also a Public Notary and a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Property Law Committee.
