Michael is a partner in our Corporate and Commercial team with over 34 years experience in advising corporate and commercial clients. He has extensive experience advising on commercial property developments and subdivisions, sale of businesses, property finance and insolvency, and takes a key legal advisory role in innovative property projects, including the restoration and redevelopment of heritage-listed buildings and long-term leasehold properties.
Michael works closely with his clients to understand their businesses and to deliver practical and commercial results in all business transactions. He is also an accredited mediator for LEADR, an Australian association of dispute resolvers, which helps assist clients pursue alternative dispute resolution in order to achieve the best and most cost effective results.
Michael obtained his law degree from Monash University as well as a Bachelor of Science.
