Shaun has more than 15 years experience in various aspects of dispute resolution and litigation, with a particular focus on the banking and financial services sector.
In particular, he advises and acts on behalf of banking and finance institutions in relation to secured and unsecured lending in both the County and Supreme Court of Victoria.
He also has expertise in disputes relating to contracts and partnerships, restrictive trade practices, intellectual property, commercial and retail property, and debt recovery.
Shaun works with his clients to identify risks and provides tailored advice to ensure resolution of disputes in a prompt and effective manner. As an accredited mediator for LEADR, an Australian association of dispute resolvers, Shaun also assists clients in pursuing alternative dispute resolution in order to achieve the best and most cost effective result.
Shaun is admitted to practice in Victoria and Queensland.
