Tony Forgione

Tony practices in the area of general litigation and has more than 25 years experience focusing on common law, statutory compensation, insurance law and dispute resolution.
 
Tony works mainly as part of the WorkSafe team and provides advice to them and other insurers in the areas of workers compensation, public liability and asbestos claims. As part of this team, Tony is also responsible for mentoring the team members, peer reviewing of cases, signing off advices, providing legal strategy and liaising with WorkSafe to ensure that files are managed according to expectations.
 
Tony also has vast experience in medical torts, public and product liability, industrial disease and general insurance. This includes advising on claims for exposure to asbestos products, coal-based products, benzine based products, silica and rubber.
